Return policies

Customer satisfaction is my main goal. I will work with you to resolve any issue related to your order. I will do anything in my power to make you a happy customer and maintain your loyalty, regardless of what the situation is. Every situation, return or exchange will be handled on individual basis. However, I do have certain rules and guidelines for returns and exchanges.

· Returns for refund or exchanges are accepted only if you contact me and ship the artworks back within 30 days from the delivery date.

· In case of a return, we provide a full refund

· We do not cover cost of packing. You must use the original packing materials of the delivered package or consult me.

· The money back can be provided back to your credit card or paypal account. We can also give you credit towards future purchases upon request instead of a refund.

· You can exchange the painting for something else of the same value, if the desired painting is more expensive, you must pay the difference

· I do not pay the cost of the return shipping and do not refund the shipping costs you have paid. 

· If your order was shipped incomplete by mistake, please contact me and I will send the missing paintings ASAP. Sometimes paintings are sent in parts for safer transit.

· If your painting arrived damaged, please contact me.

Undelivered Package:

 In case if the package comes back undelivered due to the following reasons: Not being at home, refusing to pay import duties, refusing to do customs clearance or just refusing the shipment; you will be charged the shipping fees I paid to the delivery company  and return shipping fees as well as any import duties imposed on me with this return. In case of a refund request, all these fees will be deducted. If you request repeated shipment after undelivered package, you will be charged repeat shipping fees. 

If you send your paintings back for porpuse of refund, any import duties imposed on me will be deducted from the refund.  

All fees  mentioned above before being deducted will be backed up with invoices and bills from customs and shipping companies.

Terms & conditions

Terms and Conditions require all account owners to be at least 18 years of age.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Zoong.ca will use your information in Canada and any other country where operates. Please be aware that the privacy laws and standards in certain countries, including the rights of authorities to access your personal information, may differ from those that apply in the country in which you reside. I will transfer personal information only to these countries to which we are permitted by law to transfer personal information, and we will take steps to ensure that your personal information continues to enjoy appropriate protections. Please read on to learn more about how we protect personal information that’s transferred outside of Europe. The only personal Information transmitted internationally or domestically is for porpuses of shipping only in a form of a shipping label with name , Address and phone Number of the receiving party. 

Privacy policies

I do not sell or share your information with any third party or Company.

Your privacy is very important to me.

My payment processing providers Paypal and other do not share your information with anyone. When I see details of your payment, they show me only the last 4 digits of your credit card. 

The only personal information I share is with the shipping Company in the form of the shipping label for solely purpose of delivery. UPS , Fedex , DHL and postal services have their own privacy policy implemented and they do not share your address with anyone. 

I use cookies in order to understand and improve the functionality of the site and  comercial demand.  Also some aspects of your browsing on the site can be shared with google for propuse of analytic and statistics.

I need to process your personal information to run my business and provide you with the Services.
